Peru weaves its history through its three distinct regions: the coast, housing history-rich cities like Pisco, Ica, and Nazca; the towering peaks of the Andes, where urban treasures like Arequipa, Cusco, and Ayacucho reside before descending to the Bolivian border to embrace the shores of the magnificent Lake Titicaca; finally, the Amazon rainforest, with vibrant cities like Iquitos, Pucallpa, and Oxapampa.

Our gastronomy’s reputation is worldwide. From ceviche to papa a la huancaina and juane, every bite is a plunge into our rich and varied culinary traditions. We are also stewards of the tradition of infusions, teas, and coffees of exceptional quality. Our textile art, crafted from natural fibers like alpaca, shines worldwide. Ceramics and pottery, shaped with ancestral skill, root our heritage in the earth from time immemorial.

But above all, it’s the warmth of our people, their ever-beaming smile, that constitutes our true treasure. The unbreakable energy of the Peruvian people is felt in every alley, every corner, every village.
